How to Change Your Organization

CloudVeil Messenger (CVM) client apps and servers are currently undergoing updates to support our growing number of users across many church organizations, countries, and languages. These changes are necessary to ensure CVM continues to operate reliably and to provide appropriate organization and group management for our diverse user base.

During this transition, we're asking users to verify their account information. Please reply with the following:

  1. Your CVM mobile phone number
  2. The email address associated with your CVM account
  3. The name of the church conference, fellowship, or church organization where you are a member

Important: It is important that your account is associated with the correct organization. This helps ensure you can continue to access the appropriate chat groups and features as these updates are completed.

Once we receive your information, we will review your account and make any necessary adjustments. For most users, this transition has been smooth and your access will not be interrupted.
