Use these steps when CloudVeil Support requests log files from CloudVeil for Windows.
Log Types
Program Logs
Named by date with no prefix.
GUI Logs
Named by date and prefixed with gui.
Proxy Logs
Named by date and prefixed with proxy.
How to Send Logs
- Open CloudVeil for Windows.
- Go to Help & Support > View Log Files.
- Select the requested logs or logs with today’s date.
- Send them to support@cloudveil.org or attach them to your support reply.
Direct Folder Path:
C:\ProgramData\CloudVeil\logs
(The drive letter may be different than C:)
