Why Am I Still Receiving Alert Status Emails for My Android Device After Synchronizing Settings?

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
  2. Manually synchronize your settings again through CloudLocker.
  3. Update CloudLocker from the Play Store.
  4. Clear CloudLocker's cache in Settings > Apps > CloudLocker > Storage & Cache.
  5. Restart your phone.

If the Issue Persists

Send the app logs from your device to our support team:

  1. Go to CloudLocker > Settings > Send app logs to developer.
  2. Share the logs with us using your mail app.
