Troubleshooting
- Confirm your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
- Manually synchronize your settings again through CloudLocker.
- Update CloudLocker from the Play Store.
- Clear CloudLocker's cache in
Settings > Apps > CloudLocker > Storage & Cache. - Restart your phone.
If the Issue Persists
Send the app logs from your device to our support team:
- Go to CloudLocker > Settings > Send app logs to developer.
- Share the logs with us using your mail app.
