Are you using all your subscriptions?
Quick Answer: Check your My Filters page to compare your active devices with your available subscriptions.
- Log in to your account at cloudveil.org and open the My Filters page to view the status of your subscriptions.
When viewing your My Filters page, you may see the flags shown above. Use them to confirm that your number of devices matches your subscriptions.
Solution
- Before requesting additional subscriptions, review your device list and make sure all current devices show as Active.
- Remove devices that are no longer being used.
- If a device is not showing up, visit this help article.
- If a device should be removed, click the Request Removal link beside that device.
After all devices are showing correctly, click Purchase More if more subscriptions are needed.
If you have extra subscriptions, contact support to remove the extras.
Result
Your subscriptions will better match the number of devices on your account.
