My device doesn't show in My Filters

 

CloudLocker - Android

Problem: Your device is not showing on the My Filters page.

If a device hasn't communicated with our system for a period of time, it may become hidden. If the device is still actively being used, do the following:

Solution:

  1. Go to the Play Store and update CloudLocker if an update is available.
  2. Go to Settings > Apps > CloudLocker > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.
  3. Restart the phone.
  4. Open CloudLocker > Synchronize Settings.

Result: The device should appear again on your My Filters page.

Global - iOS & iPadOS

Problem: Your device is not showing in My Filters.

Solution:

If your device is not showing in My Filters and the filter is still working, please use the contact options below and include the serial number of the device.

Result: Support can review the device and help restore visibility on your account.


 

CloudVeil for Windows/Mac

Problem: Your device is not showing on the My Filters page.

If a device hasn't communicated with our system for a period of time, it may become hidden.

Solution:

  1. Open the CloudVeil for Windows/Mac app.
  2. In the Advanced tab, click Synchronize Settings.
  3. When syncing is finished, click Check for Updates and install any available update.
  4. Restart the computer.

Result: The device should appear again on your My Filters page.
