CloudLocker - Android
Problem: Your device is not showing on the My Filters page.
If a device hasn't communicated with our system for a period of time, it may become hidden. If the device is still actively being used, do the following:
Solution:
- Go to the Play Store and update CloudLocker if an update is available.
- Go to Settings > Apps > CloudLocker > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.
- Restart the phone.
- Open CloudLocker > Synchronize Settings.
Result: The device should appear again on your My Filters page.

Global - iOS & iPadOS
Problem: Your device is not showing in My Filters.
Solution:
If your device is not showing in My Filters and the filter is still working, please use the contact options below and include the serial number of the device.

CloudVeil for Windows/Mac
Problem: Your device is not showing on the My Filters page.
If a device hasn't communicated with our system for a period of time, it may become hidden.
Solution:
- Open the CloudVeil for Windows/Mac app.
- In the Advanced tab, click Synchronize Settings.
- When syncing is finished, click Check for Updates and install any available update.
- Restart the computer.
Result: The device should appear again on your My Filters page.
