CloudVeil for Mac Log Files

Use these steps when CloudVeil Support requests log files from CloudVeil for Mac.

Log Types

Program Logs
Named by date with no prefix.

GUI Logs
Named by date and prefixed with gui.

Proxy Logs
Named by date and prefixed with proxy.

How to Send Logs

1. Open CloudVeil for Mac.
2. Go to Help & Support > View Log Files.
3. Select the requested logs or logs with today’s date.
4. Send them to [e-mail] or attach them to your support reply.
