iPhone Not Showing in SuperVisor

Quick Answer: If your iPhone does not appear in SuperVisor, check the steps below based on whether you are using a Windows or Mac computer.

Step 1: Check Your Computer Type

Windows

  1. Make sure Apple Devices is installed.
  2. If it is not installed, install Apple Devices from the Microsoft Store.
  3. Reconnect the iPhone and reopen SuperVisor.

Mac

  1. No Apple Devices app is required.
  2. Reconnect the iPhone and reopen SuperVisor.

Step 2: Check the Connection

  1. Unlock the iPhone or iPad.
  2. Reconnect the device to the computer.
  3. Use a known working data cable.
  4. Try a different USB port if needed.

Troubleshooting

Trust the Computer

  1. Watch the device screen for a Trust This Computer prompt.
  2. Tap Trust.
  3. Enter the device passcode if asked.

Windows: Check Apple Devices

  1. Open Apple Devices.
  2. See if the iPhone appears in the device list.

If the Trust Prompt Does Not Appear

  1. On the iPhone, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
  2. Tap Reset Location & Privacy.
  3. Enter your passcode and complete the reset.
  4. Reconnect the device to the computer.
  5. Watch for the Trust prompt again.

Result: The iPhone should appear in SuperVisor and be ready to continue.
