Step 1: Check Your Computer Type
Windows
- Make sure Apple Devices is installed.
- If it is not installed, install Apple Devices from the Microsoft Store.
- Reconnect the iPhone and reopen SuperVisor.
Mac
- No Apple Devices app is required.
- Reconnect the iPhone and reopen SuperVisor.
Step 2: Check the Connection
- Unlock the iPhone or iPad.
- Reconnect the device to the computer.
- Use a known working data cable.
- Try a different USB port if needed.
Troubleshooting
Trust the Computer
- Watch the device screen for a Trust This Computer prompt.
- Tap Trust.
- Enter the device passcode if asked.
Windows: Check Apple Devices
- Open Apple Devices.
- See if the iPhone appears in the device list.
If the Trust Prompt Does Not Appear
- On the iPhone, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
- Tap Reset Location & Privacy.
- Enter your passcode and complete the reset.
- Reconnect the device to the computer.
- Watch for the Trust prompt again.
Result: The iPhone should appear in SuperVisor and be ready to continue.
