Question: How do I transfer my filter to my new device?
Quick Answer: Use the Transfer button on your My Filters page to move your filter to a new device.

Solution: Transferring your filter
1. On your My Filters tab, find the device you need to replace and click Transfer.
- My old device shows as unenrolled or only displays its serial number. Delete the device and use the Install button to install on the new device.
- I can't find my device. Continue to these instructions: Install
2. Confirm the device transfer. If it is the correct device, click Transfer.
3. Depending on the filter type, you may be prompted to enter additional information.
4. You will then be given instructions for installing your new device and, if applicable, credentials for setup. Installation instructions are linked near the bottom of the pop-up.

Result
Your filter is moved to the new device, and setup instructions are provided.
What happens to your transferred device?
After clicking Transfer, a ticket is created to have support remove the device from your account. This may take several days to complete.
